🔁 Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive from gyfters.pk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and the amount will be transferred to your original payment method.

Note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customized / personalized items are not eligible for refund

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return cost
